Defibrillator Donation

We were delighted to receive a donation of a defibrillator for the school from the Evans family. Lola and Finley brought it to the school office and we will be attaching it to the wall in the main Reception area for quick access from the playground, classrooms and playing field. This is a vital piece of life saving equipment and we are very grateful to the Evans family.
This is a really useful addition for the local community. You never really think about needing a defibrillator until there’s an emergency, so having one nearby could be incredibly important. I also like seeing local organizations getting involved in practical things that can actually help people rather than just talking about community support. Students can relate to that need for the right kind of support too, especially when they’re dealing with a large research project or dissertation.
