Throughout all that we do at Brixham C of E, we encourage all of the children to be reflective, this is a golden thread throughout our curriculum. We reflect on both ourselves and the wonder of the world around us.

Through our RE teaching and learning we support the children in developing their understanding of Christian beliefs and practice, along with a range of religions and non-religious worldviews. Children are encouraged to explore and reflect on their own beliefs and values, but also how the beliefs and values of others influence the way people live. It allows children to gain knowledge, understanding and skills needed to handle questions raised around belief.

We follow the Devon and Torbay agreed syllabus which asserts the importance and value of religious education for all pupils.
