We are reading ...
​PE
Our PE session is on a Tuesday afternoon. Please send children in their PE kit for the whole day.

Forest School
We will be visiting Forest School on Wednesday mornings. Please send your child equipped for the weather and prepared to get muddy.

Home learning
Reading is the priority for home learning in Reception. As your child's phonic knowledge develops, they will bring home reading to practise these sounds. Reading books will be changed weekly.

Learning Enquiry​​
We will start our Science enquiry looking at how we use our five senses to explore the world around us. We will then use our senses to investigate the changing seasons, asking questions and looking for explanations. As we are moving towards Winter, we will also observe what happens when water is frozen. We will complete our enquiry by making a collaborative seasons box that we can add to over the year.​​​
