Learning Enquiry
We will start this half-term with an art learning enquiry focussing on Autumn and the changes that happen at this time of year. We will then move onto a science enquiry which will focus on the senses and the human body. There will be targeted objectives bespoke to their age range and will have a different outcome.
Maths
In Maths, we are starting with place value and then moving onto addition and subtraction. Maths will be taught through a range of independent maths challenges and activities with targeted guided groups with teacher inputs. There will be targeted objectives bespoke to their age range.
RWE
In RWE this half-term, our big question is: What does it mean to belong to a faith community?
PE
Sea Turtles have PE on Wednesday afternoon. Children can come into school wearing their PE kits on this day.
Forest School
We will be going to forest school every Friday afternoon.
Home learning
A home learning letter for each half-term will be posted on Dojo on the first Friday of the half-term. This includes, QR codes to phonics videos on the RWI portal and a maths focus.
