Year 5 Maths competition...

8 children from Year 5 went to represent the school at a Maths competition held by Dartmouth Academy. We had two teams who were awarded points for finding the correct answer, finding a pattern that would lead to further answers, representing the problem well and good team work skills. The teams all scored very well with little difference between them. Having said that, we managed to get second place, just missing out on first place by 1 point. Well done to all involved who truly should be very proud of how they achieved and how they demonstrated our school values throughout.
