I'm over-the-moon to be back in Year 5 this year and can't wait to get to work with these wonderful children.

I have been teaching for the last 18 years, working across the whole primary age range, from EYFS to Year 6. Currently, I am teaching in Year 5, and love that I get to explore some of the topics that Year 5 has to offer. I love history and can't wait to get stuck into our Ancient Greece experience, but our Geography will be exciting also as we get to explore Natural Disasters in detail. As well as teaching in Year 5, I will be responsible for leading Key Stage 2 as well as become the new Assistant Head for the school.

 

Outside of school, I love my sports. I’m a big football and rugby fan and can be found at various live matches as often as possible with my family and friends. You’ll also find me at the front of the queue at the comic book shop each time a new Batman story is released!
