Matt Neville

I’m over-the-moon to have the opportunity to join Brixham C of E Primary School and move my family to this beautiful area of the world. Since arriving, everyone has been so welcoming, showing me how close and supportive this community is.

I have been teaching for the last 15 years, working across the whole primary age range, from EYFS to Year 6. Currently, I am teaching in Year 5, back where I started my career all those years ago. I can’t wait to teach the best topics in this year, like Space in science and Ancient Greeks  and other non-European early civilisation in history, for example. As well as teaching in Year 5, I will be responsible for leading Key Stage 2.

 

Outside of school, I love my sports. I’m a big football and rugby fan and can be found at various live matches as often as possible with my family and friends. You’ll also find me at the front of the queue at the comic book shop each time a new Batman story is released!
