Trust

Act of Collective Worship

Thank you to everyone who attended our school family Act of Worship on Wednesday to reflect on our focus value for this half term, which is trust. We explored definitions and examples of what trust looks like and feels like, collecting ideas from children and adults.

Thank you to our newly elected head boy, deputy, and deputy head girl –Tom, Connor, and Jessie who helped to lead the worship.

Buddy readers

Year Four and Year Six discussed definitions of trust and what it looks like/how it feels.
They said that:
"Trust is where if you have issues you have someone you can talk to."
"If you trust someone you know they will be careful with your possessions. You know they will help to keep you safe."

"It's good when other people have trust in you, then you are trustworthy."

"Trust is someone by your side that you can count on."
