Breakfast Club & After School Club
The Breakfast Club is run by Jo Hayden, Heather Smith and Julie Johnson from 8:00am-9:00am. The children have an opportunity to have a healthy breakfast of fruit, a range of cereals, toast, croissants, crumpets, pancakes, milk and hot chocolate. At 8:50am the children are then taken to their classes or allowed into the playground (KS2 only) ready to meet their class teachers.
The After School Club is run by Sam Roberts and Julie Johnstone from 3.20pm-4.30pm (Session 1) and then 4.30pm-5.30pm (Session 2). Children are collected from their classrooms by club staff at 3:20pm and are then provided with a healthy snack consisting of toast, crumpet, fruit or a biscuit and also a drink.
Both clubs are run from The Escape Room and Family Room (located near the main school entrance). Clubs operate everyday during term time; parents can drop off and collect their children at any time during club time. Children do not have to attend everyday. There is a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere where the children have the opportunity to choose their activities, for example: colouring, drawing, playing games or watching children’s TV. After School Club also use the playground once the school gates are closed at 3:45pm (weather permitting).
Breakfast Club costs £4.00 per child, per day.
After School Club costs £4.00 per child, per session.
Parents will be expected to pay at the beginning of every week for the days after school club is required. This can be in the form of cash/cheque. Receipts will be issued once payment has been received.
